SEPA Adapter - provide manual SEPA Export #123

We should provide a optinal way to create a manual SEPA Export by using SignalAdaper classes to create the SEPA Export workitem with a workflow model where the user can decide when to execute the export.

The adapter classes need to delegate processing instructions to the SEPAWorkflowService because of weak access level
