Chrome extension to open tabs at scheduled times

I may want to always look at a particular site on Monday mornings, but I forget. Or maybe I want to have the same set of tabs open every morning, or every hour or something.

Build an Options UI to configure when to open which tabs, store it synced across my browsers. Bonus points for not opening a tab while I'm actively typing or browsing.
