setting intensity property on different channels #11

I do not know if it is normal but I do not manage to change the intensity property for more than one channel.

It is possible for the Cy5 channel

Not for the Cy3 channel.

Hi, I just tried with one of your task named seg_mip_xy2, I can change the intensity for both cy3 and cy5.

If you have multiple channel, I think the easiest is to make a composed image (e.g. RGB 3 color) save as png, then use only. 1 layer to display it. Would that work for you?
