image not loading #9

I do not know why but sometime one .png layer does not load entirely or does display att all. Capture du 2021-02-12 08-07-33 the dapi layer is in blue, the smFISH layer in red. However, the two pngs have the same dimension in the input folder that I uploaded.

This is a bit wired, could you find out which sample is it? It's hard to tell without seeing the actual example.

It is on the task seg_dapi_rna_color but it works now on the task a created after.

On the task seg_dapi_rna_color_mip the dapi layer does not display at all also. But on the other tasks a created last week it works. Maybe the problem is solved or maybe it came from my side.
