• [enhance] Added the initialize programming interface
• [enhance] Added the --force-yes option to the init command
• [change] Improved search for tsconfig.json to include tsconfig.*.json when searching for tsconfig.json
• [change] Removed config values from .ctirc files
  • This value is deprecated because the config value must be passed to load the .ctirc file.
• [change] Renamed interfaces to match their purpose.
  • e.g. ICommandBundleOption > IModeBundleOption
  • Changed the name of the mode option to command option
