Please push 2.0.16-SNAPSHOT so we can try FopLogLevel #116

Many of us are very eager to make those very chatty FOP messages go away. All 
of the engineers at my shop are chuffed with me because I've added so much 
churn to the build logs just to make one little PDF. 

The latest 2.0.16-SNAPSHOT I see on 
https://oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/snapshots/ was built Jan 20th, 
2014. Can we get a new one, PLEASE?

Hi,

done, I will change my process to release a snapshot each time I resolve an 
issue.
