Unclear chapter reference #19

The "training chapter" mentioned in Section 6 Training the community is not referenced. It is not clear from the text that it means the HSF Report Number: HSF-CWP-2017-02. How should this best be dealt with?

Indeed, that references the Training CWP that is going to the arxiv very soon. HSF report number that you mentioned should be fine.
