Add field for composite name of author (combining author.firstname and author.lastname) #29

We want to use FOAF schema for the first name and last name, but will need a composite field in order to use schema.org CreativeWork's "author" property. Perhaps could be similar to what we already have for contributor (contributor_orgs_name) and call it authors_name. We already have an "author_org" name. (Should this be plural as well to allow for more than one authoring organization?)

Had already been added to a revised version of the schema as "authors" to enable more than one personal name author.
