Need acknowledgment of Subject Discipline choice in the Submission/contribution form #62

When choosing a Subject Discipline, it is not evident that you have made a choice. It does appear in the finished record, but there should be some acknowledgment (or listing) of the subject disciplines chosen ( and all of them) if more than one is chosen, similarly to what is done with Target Audience, etc.

Interface is set up to note that subject disciplines have been chosen by virtue of their being highlighted. If more than one subject discipline is chosen, will need to add to the selections by using a browser-determined key combination, e.g., Ctrl Click on Chrome for each additional choice.
