Description

Create and host a REST API capable of returning goals for a specific bingo

Details

REST API will be useful in expansion of bingo without requiring reloading of frontend application

Acceptance Criteria

GET requests capable of replicating local access to bingos
Fallback to local data if GET request fails for a particular bingo
