We need the following default style for our pilot application

Loading Page

[x] Can be similar to Fuse or GWT (icon and loading bar)

Header Layout

[x] Default Header Section with Title and Sub Title
This is the layout of both FUSE and GWT Material

Default Page Layout

[x] Default page type (with card for page contents) { page: card }

Dashboard Page Layout

[x] Dashboard page type (with no card for page contents, just widgets) { page: dashboard }

Notes

Our style look and feel should be based on https://gwtmaterialdesign.github.io/gwt-material-demo/ (even tho this uses Materialize)
