BuildConsensus log output doesn't convey --maxmiss results #3

When --maxmiss flag is specified BuildConsensus log does not align output sequence deleted positions within input sequence. Log should be improved to make it clear which positions were deleted by using a space or - character.

Fixed by adding spaces to deleted nucleotide and quality positions in the CONSENSUS field of BuildConsensus the log file.
