Describe the bug On Friday my Ubuntu crashed after clicking the logs button. After I got Remotely running again most of my unattended agents were offline, only reinstalling the agent got some of them online again, any way to get the missing ones online again?

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Hope to not reproduce this, cost me hours to get it running again.

  1. Go to 'Remotely'
  2. Click on 'Logs'
  3. See error

Remotely Version Server (2023.05.03.1256): Agent (2023.05.03.1256):

Expected Behavior That all the machines running the agent and or turned on come online again

I had a similar problem yesterday with my initial Remotely setup and evaluation, but the connectivity loss was in reverse...

I installed the Resident Agent on 1 notebook for testing. I remoted in and decided to do some driver upgrades. I upgraded the WiFi drivers and lost connectivity. Completely normal. The notebook never came back online in the Remotely console. I pinged it, and it responded. I RDP'd into it and it was working. I rebooted the notebook. I waited a day and checked again. The notebook never showed as online again in the Remotely console.

UPDATE EDIT: I installed Remotely Resident Agent on the computer I'm now typing on. It showed in the admin console after install then dropped offline less than an hour later. I have done no updates or anything to the computer.... just sitting here typing in issues. :-) I restarted the Remotely Service and it came back online.

I then went and checked the notebook. The Remotely Service was no longer installed! Very weird. Don't know why. I did driver updates as mentioned above AND installed a Window update. So I reinstalled the Remotely Resident Agent and it's currently online but with a new device ID.
