Abuse: Don't boost if more than a small number of Guppe Groups are mentioned

I'm starting to see a lot of garbage posts that just have the top 20 or so most popular groups mentioned all at once. They're not on topic and will really harm the adoption of Guppe Groups if they continue.

I suggest that posts containing more than a small number of groups should simply be ignored. Or maybe check for patterns more specific to this case, like several of the very largest groups being mentioned in the same post.
