Not sure what is going on with this one. The job hangs even if I remove all the ice variables from file_def_nemo-ice.xml. I removed all the variables from the file_def_nemo-oce.xml, too and it ran. I wonder if the issue is not NEMO, but XIOS?

Obviously, with this set of changes it would be nice to verify the output, so I won't merge back to main until I can.
