Decide on the feature name #6

Currently the feature name is dom-overlay-for-handheld-ar. Would it be preferable to shorten this to just dom-overlay since this feature could also be implemented for AR headsets or VR devices?

Closing since there haven't been further comments on it. The current draft spec at https://immersive-web.github.io/dom-overlays/ uses the short name dom-overlay, and I'm updating the Chrome prototype implementation to match that.
