Remove Sumerian from the "Getting Started" list #75

Unfortunately, the Sumerian AWS service offered by Amazon is no longer accepting new customers and is not going to be accessible at all from February 21 onwards. This of course makes the existing Sumerian instructions no longer relevant to their new offering (babylon.js + AWS Amplify hosting), so this removes them.
