Include system + hardware requirements for Microsoft Edge WebXR / Windows Holographic support #173

Per https://twitter.com/fdoganis/status/827083867437854722

What are the best instructions and/or requirements we can tell folks who are interested in the current WebVR (WebAR/WebXR) support in Microsoft Edge?

@RafaelCintron: @NellWaliczek: As I understand it, the support landed in Edge does not support HoloLens (I haven't tried with my coworker's dev kit yet), and any future Microsoft headsets are not yet available. Is there any information that you can share that is public that I could include so as to not confuse folks about what is possible (or what at least what to expect in the future) of Microsoft Edge WebVR support?

I found this helpful video here: https://youtu.be/QgLO0SUFFuE?t=164

While Microsoft has announced that it is working on WebVR support for Edge, the availability date for this feature and hardware support (HoloLens or otherwise) has not yet been shared. Unfortunately I can’t tell you much other than that, as nothing has been announced publically yet.

@leweaver no worries, thanks though. if there are any docs, blog posts, assets, videos, anything - just drop them in this issue, or find me on Twitter at @cvanw. would love to keep folks updated as new changes roll out. thanks!

Well Spotted! I was actually in the process of getting something together this week for a pull request to both here, and WebVR.info.

@leweaver: If you have updates to include on WebVR Rocks, feel free to make changes to the content in this HTML file and/or this JSON file. Or, you can email me at cvan@mozilla.com, or paste any info. you're able to share, and I can clean up the formatting and publish it a polished format on https://webvr.rocks/.

Also, beyond the browser support for the WebVR/XR API in Edge, if you have information on the Windows Mixed-Reality headset too, I can create a new page at https://webvr.rocks/windows_holographic (à la https://webvr.rocks/htc_vive). All I need is graphics, URLs for downloads/FAQ/support/development/debugging/etc., and I can take care of the rest.

Let me know if you have any questions or need any help. Thanks a ton!

Many thanks! I have created a PR that I have been working on for the last week or two, hopefully it is what you expect. It was based off the master branch rather than gh-pages... is that right?

I've got some content that we will be hosting on the MSDN instructing developers how to set up headsets or the simulator - it should be published in the next day or two. I'll send you a mail with that link and some more content that we can put together into a windows_holographic page.

I'm going to add links to recommended headsets: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/windows-mixed-reality-devices#wmrheadsets

@leweaver I know Microsoft probably wants to be impartial about which headsets to recommend. which would you recommend for different use cases?
