Acknowledgments section is still the original list from core spec #89

The AR module's Acknowledgments list is quite old (it's the very original list from the core spec!) while also missing the folks who specifically worked on this module in particular!

Before we get all the way to CR here, it's likely worth us each adding in the folks we know of who made this module happen!

Do folks think we should also mention the full list of folks mentioned in the core spec, or just the folks who worked on the AR module in particular? I'd lean towards the latter, but open to whatever others think here.

I think we did acks for all three sections as a single shared list, so this might just be by design. We should add more folks as necessary though!
