Has plane detection been removed from WebXR proposals? #90

Currently, I've not found the plane detection sample on WebXR proposal sample https://immersive-web.github.io/webxr-samples/proposals/, but I can test it using this https://storage.googleapis.com/chromium-webxr-test/r824623/proposals/phone-ar-plane-detection-anchors.html. Has plan detection been removed from WebXR proposals page? Is plane detection API deprecated?

The plane detection feature is still in the incubation stage and we have not yet upstreamed the sample from Chrome's test bucket to the immersive-web repository.
