Request: ability to add audio encoder switches and selectable "throttle" for output #3

Hi It would be great if there could be at least a free-format string which applied to the audio encoder - for example to include switch strings like: -L --audio-resampler=speex_resampler -L --speex-resampler-quality=8 -L --audio-resampler=samplerate -L --src-converter-type=1 -g -C

Also, in tcp:// output mode the throttle is off. I use tcp:// mode with throttle rather than zmq+tcp but only the latter has a throttle. Perhaps the throttle could be a checkbox?

Hi Peter, thanks for remarks and suggestions for improvement. At the moment I have no time to fix/add this.

I hope the others could help with the development of GUI4ODR :/
