Tested on Windows XP, should work for just about any flavor of Windows as long as a JDK is available.

Creates a bin folder, compiles source, and packs the jar.

Honestly, I was sorta forced to do it... I couldn't find the jar file download anywhere.

It's at http://dl.dropbox.com/u/2944265/mods/BON.jar now because GitHub deprecated the downloads section. I've added it to the README
