fix machine_learning container for v1.49.0 #10

v1.49.0 introduced a new writable cache dir to the machine learning container and is missing the entrypoint.sh file

@PixelJonas do we need to do any sort of release for this, or is just merging it sufficient?

Merge should be enough. Right now we don't build a release on a registry
