This issue is intended to form a collection of potentially-breaking changes to include in a chart update, so they can all happen at once when I eventually get around to it :P

Use list or dependsOn for env vars (https://github.com/immich-app/immich-charts/issues/88#issuecomment-2095640163)
Upgrade common library to latest version (#59)
