immich-cli upload returns 404 #10123

The bug

immich-cli upload returns 404

Reproduction steps

1. upload any folder. `docker run -it -v "$(pwd)":/import:ro -e IMMICH_INSTANCE_URL=http://<hostname>:2283/api -e IMMICH_API_KEY=key ghcr.io/immich-app/immich-cli:latest upload /import/<dir>`
2. return 404 `Cannot GET /api/user/me`

Just released @immich/cli (2.2.1), which should be compatible with the latest release.
