Missing concurrency setting for duplicate detection

The bug - missing concurrency setting

The job concurrency settings page is currently missing the setting for setting the concurrency of duplicate detection.

Even if the duplicate detection concurrency cannot be increased, adding a greyed out box would at least be consistent with storage template migration and facial recognition concurrency settings.
