[BUG] Videos in Timeline are not ordered by datetime that was manually set #10808

The bug

If I edit the datetime of any video, it will save the new date, but the position in the timeline won't change. This is on mobile as well as on web.

1. Change the date of any video
2. Even hard refresh of the timeline won't change its position according to the new date

I found out that setting the date on mobile works as it should. The position changes accordingly
