Hello, first of all, thank you very much for this really great project. It is really fun to use Immich. I have only found one error. If I have a file ("Test.jpg") in my Immich gallery, then delete it (with Immich) and empty the trash, then this file is gone. So far so good. But if I add a new file that is also named Test.jpg, it somehow does not get scanned. It is simply ignored by Immich.
I encountered this error with an external library that I integrated into Immich.

Reproduction steps
1) Upload a file named "test.jpg" to the external library.
2) Delete it with Immich.
3) Upload another file named "test.jpg" to the external library again.
4) "test.jpg" is not recognized.
