Removing local and cloud image from album attempts to delete local copy.

The bug

Attempting to remove an image from an Immich album that exists locally on the iOS device attempts to delete image from local device. Declining permission to delete the image from the local device causes Immich to not remove the image from the album.

Reproduction steps

1. Create album in Immich (on web app in this case)
2. Add photos to album (on web app in this case)
3. Open album in Immich mobile app
4. Select a photo that exists locally on device, and on Immich (cloud with checkmark)
5. Press the "Remove from album" button on the immage
6. IOS "Allow 'Immich' to delete this photo?" dialogue appears attempting to delete photo from local device.
