Missing assests when veiwing on the web vs mobile app/external link #11528

The bug

When viewing albums on Windows 10/11 in a Chrome browser, I do not see all the assets (photos/videos) compared to viewing the same album in the Android Mobile App or on the phone via my.domain.com external link. It's strange, but on the phone, I see tons of duplicates, videos, and photos that I do not see via the Windows browsers.

Of course! Sorry, I should have included more details there.

On a Samsung S24+ and a Google Pixel 7, I logged into Immich via the mobile app and the my.domain.com link via the Chrome app. We see additional images and videos not present when I look at the web version on any Windows PC I have tried. On the Windows PC, I have tried from the local IP address of the docker and the external link on a Windows 11 laptop, a Windows 10 desktop, and a Windows 11 desktop via Google Chrome and Edge

There are doubles in the mobile app and when viewing on the my.domain.com link that are not present when looking from any of the windows PCs.

Also, I have noticed that it seems like the missing assets seem to be related to "live" photos taken on the pixel device. On the phones we see a still image and then a 1 second video. The video is not present on the windows PCs.

If you pull down to refresh twice in a row in the app, do you still see the duplicates?

They were always present on the phones. We refreshed the page. Force stopped the app, cleared cache for the app. Stopped the docker container, restarted the docker.

The PCs never saw the duplicates or missing assets that the phones saw
