I noticed that with version v1.115.0: if I upload a video file that does not need to be transcoded (H264), it seems that Immich server does not process it.
So, if I upload it using the web interface, no thumbnail is generated, the video remains in upload/upload folder with hash as name, no metadata information are displayed (the date remains blank), the video length in the timeline is 0:00, etc.
But the video is playable without problem if I open it in the detailed view.
If I upload it from mobile app, it's all the same, but the video duration in the timeline view is displayed correctly.
If I force the thumbnail generation, or the storage template migration, these 2 aspects fix itself (thumbnail is displayed and storage location change correctly), but other else issues remain unchanged (no date displayed, ecc.).
I attach an example of a video file that give this problem.
