Replace with upload does not clear detected faces #12896

The bug

When using the Replace with upload option and uploading a new image (which does not include a face), it does not clear the old faces from the image and still displays them.

Reproduction steps

  1. Upload a photo with a face and wait for facial recognition
  2. Use the Replace with upload option
  3. Upload a picture without a face
  4. Refresh the page
  5. The face from the previous photo is still there

I think this bug is fixed now.
