Immich IOS app unable to stream video/live photos

The bug

On my Iphone 11 running latest ios 17 and latest Immich mobile version, I'm not able to stream videos. The videos would appear to be loading. I can jump to random timestamps and see the exact frame. It's just the video itself that won't stream at all. Note that the same video would play smoothly on the web client

Can you provide some more detail about your setup, such as whether you're using a reverse proxy?

I set up the server on my workstation with an external drive attached as the file system. App is served on localhost and accessible on the mobile app via the /api endpoint. There is no reverse proxy being used
