Weird face recognitions #14203

The bug

There are faces recognized as foor or backpacks:

@mertalev any idea? With the defaults this shouldn't happen right?

Are you using external libraries? I could see this happening if an asset is replaced with another asset with the same name.

Hi,

I'm using the external libraries, but this are old photos that were not "replaced" since I've added the libraries to immich... The recognition works fine on the new photos, but it's totally disoriented with the old ones...

My guess is that it's related to the library scan. Try this: set the log level to debug in the Log Settings, then select the "Refresh faces" option for the asset. Share the logs and whether it corrected the issue.

It recognizes a face on the FOOD Foto!

What I've noticed that the same face is recognized in allot of photos before the kid was even born ;-)

Can you click "refresh thumbnails" and then "refresh faces" again?
