[WEB] No option to remove empty album

The bug

Hi, The Web UI does not show an option to delete an album when the album has no content. For manual creation of albums probably not a big issue but I added and removed folders to backup in mobile app in quick succession which created the albums without any content. In mobile app, option to delete is shown, just not in the web app.
