[BUG] Dragging and dropping the picture in the album (Web UI) did not save the picture to the album. #1930

The bug

Dragging and dropping the picture in the album (Web UI) did not save the picture to the album. In version 1.49, pictures uploaded in the album could be directly saved to the album, but this feature became invalid in version 1.50.
