It was solved in #2597. You can fix this by uploading any assets to your instance.
@alextran1502 i have uploaded a picture , but the problem is not solved .
and the mobile app can not connect the server api
Where did you upload from? You can also create a folder called library
in your immich-data
directory.
Anyhow we are pushing out a release to address this issue
@alextran1502 1、the state is ok now ( create a folder called library in your immich-data directory ) 2、i upload picture by click [Upload] button topright:
Although the image was successfully uploaded, nothing appeared on the webpage
and the mobile app can not connect the server api
Your server probably crashed due to the error you saw. Please restart the stack, and it should work.
@alextran1502 not work,and i upgrade it to 1.59.0, but still not work.
when i visit the url : http://172.23.192.21:2283/api/asset/thumbnail/fe00a5bc-433a-4358-9239-798a583f9bee
{"statusCode":500,"message":"Cannot read thumbnail file for asset fe00a5bc-433a-4358-9239-798a583f9bee - contact your administrator"}
Can you nuke this instance and try again?
The image that you uploaded before might be during the state of the server was bad. Uploading new images should work
