Reproduction steps

1. upload picture
2. open web version

Your microservices container isn't processing any jobs. It is missing the command option. You should look at the default compose file from the release page. It would be command: start-microservices. Then it would process the generate thumbnail jobs, etc. You might need to run missing jobs afterwards to get caught up.
