[BUG] Main Timeline on iOS app jumps to top on screen rotate

The bug

If I scroll anywhere in the main timeline, viewing photos, and then rotate the screen the app automatically jumps all the way to the top (latest photos) even if I was browsing years in the past. I don't remember that it has always done this.

Problem does not occur when browsing in an album. It stays roughly at the same photo when rotating, and at very least is consistent. If I rotate back and forth it stays scrolled at the same position.

Reproduction steps

1. Open app to main timeline.
2. Scroll down a few days or months or years.
3. Rotate screen. App jumps to latest photos at top of scrollbar.

I just tested this again, on latest 1.94.1 (app build 137). The problem still exists.

I also experience this bug on an Android 14 platform. Newest version of immich as of 20.03.2024 (v1.99.0).

Yep I am also experiencing this on Android 14. I noticed it when you scroll down the timeline, select a photo and rotate the view while viewing a photo. Then when you press back, the timeline is all the way back to the top.

I observe similar problem on desktop when selecting an image to view full size, then use the arrow (immich UI) to go back to timeline. I will be returned to a somewhat random place on the timeline often over a year away from where I was previously.
