[BUG] New CLI throws 'ReferenceError: File is not defined'

The bug

I get the following error every time I try to use immich upload:

immich upload --album --recursive highlights/

I've done the following:

Made the required changes to docker-compose.yml for compatibility with 1.88.0
Updated my Immich server
Uninstalled the old immich CLI tool
Installed the new @immich/cli tool
