The photos that are imported using the CLI have a different device ID than the one on your phone, so your phone will make an attempt to reupload them, but then the server will reject it, and the phone will put them in a "black" list to not upload them again.
If you want your phone to be the source of truth, you can start from scratch, then upload media from your phone first and then use the CLI to import the rest.
Okay thanks. 😊 I delete the photos from the phone. These photos already saved at my Nextcloud. I think that only the new pictures will be transferred. I have already switched off iCloud.

Hello,
I have the problem that the app wants to upload all the photos from my iPhone. However, these are imported via Nextcloud and Immich Cli. The app does not seem to recognize this.
The progress does not really change and only consumes my data volume.
