bug(mobile): + button doesn't appear when asset is uploaded #7584

The bug

"+" button doesn't appear when asset is uploaded from the view using manual upload.

The OS that Immich Server is running on

Fedora 39

Version of Immich Server

v.1.97.0

Version of Immich Mobile App

v.1.97.0

Platform with the issue

Reproduction steps

1. view an asset
2. tap cloud button to upload the asset
3. + button is not shown, it's neccessry to exit the view and enter it again
