6 months ago The problem here is that the logic is transitioning to a last booster dose, but probably needs to stay on the 4 dose series. But not sure about this, because there is a wrinkle in that the four dose has to be given at 4 years or later. Also, I'm noticing that there is now an adult requirement for 3 doses. But the current forecaster just marks adults as finished, no matter what. Looks like this scheduled needs to be re-evaluated.
Error with: #2013-0640 - Dose # 3 at age 4 years but < 6 months after dose 2. Valid but child will need a dose # 4.
