Looks like HIBs and other test case are look for a new result of EXTRAEOUS versus just valid or invalid

I talked to Eric Larson about Extraneous doses. Just so you know, we are not testing these with immunization registries because there is no way to communicate extraneous in our standards. So we just skip testing these. The take home for us is that these test cases are low priority, but we should look to solve them at some point.
