DTaP 15 month dose forecasted earliest day too early #3

The forecaster is forecasting the 15 month dose at 12 months. Which is an old way that we used to forecast this. But now it needs to be moved to 15 months.

This issue has been resolved.

The patient was born 11/20/2022 and the 4th dose is recommended 02/20/2024 which is 15 months after birth date.
