Step 19

Changed to make initial four steps work, as well as some formatting work. Changes include:

• 4.1 and 4.2 did not need any changes.
• 4.3 changed minimally to allow looping with 5.1.
• Code from 6 was moved into 4.4, as 4.4 did not exist previously.
• Formatted xml supporting data.
