Worked on this ticked this week. Work is not done yet, still need to rename a few table rows.

Worked on the ticket for the past four weeks. I finished the changes in the sections themselves, next is editing the references to these section variables from other files.

Finished 6.8 and worked on 6.9 and 6.10. plan to be ready to submit pull request early tomorrow.

Finished 6.9 and 6.10 today. There still might be some section or table names that need updating, so I will be looking over those next.

Worked on chapter mix-up and fixed incorrect logic in 'EvaluateForPreferrableVaccine'

Renamed all references to chapter number and fixed more broken 6.8 logic.
