Submit unresponsive in FLORENCE when submitting own test msgs #148

The SUBMIT button is unresponsive when attempting to submit my own test message that I copy/pasted at http://florence.immregistries.org/mqe/#/validation

Florence MQE unable to submit

Upon selecting EXAMPLE and SUBMIT, the Message ACK displays:

Florence MQE unable to submit 2

Copy/pasted own test message again and no message ACK displayed
