This measure assesses completion for 2 doses of HepA at 18 months. The evaluation timeframe should be extended to 24 months to allow true administration scheduling of these vaccines. This also will align with the Kindergarten survey assessment for 2 dose HepA

Added a new detection MQE0769 that checks for 2 doses of HepA by 24 months. The original 18 months is still there and has not changed.
