[OVERVIEW] Ability to systematically generate and send report/scorecard to provider/site on a periodic basis (scheduled to run - push rather than pull)) Ability to generate report with recommendations to improve (completeness/timeliness) and meet/exceed targets
Ability to generate notification to internal staff with copy of the recommendation forwarded to provider/site

Would we want the scheduled time to be configurable by the user/provider. If so, they could subscribe to this in the admin configuration section.
